I am writing this review to warn others against using this facility. Two months ago, I brought a newly purchased vehicle here for an inspection. I was never provided a diagnostic readout or official report, only a list of alleged issues requiring costly repairs.
After getting second opinions and performing my own check, the pattern of dishonesty became unmistakable:
They claimed my rear window motor was broken. Two separate, independent mechanics verified it was completely fine.
They claimed my battery was dying and charged me $600 for a replacement. Yesterday, I discovered the battery was never changed. The original battery, bearing its original date sticker,is still in the vehicle.
I effectively paid $600 for a key fob battery.
I hold myself accountable for trusting this establishment without immediate verification, but I will not make that mistake again. The fact that the owner was present throughout this entire transaction makes the lack of oversight and integrity all the more alarming.Save yourself the financial loss and frustration: take your vehicle elsewhere.
